Adam Moreland's career began in the Army, where he developed the discipline and resilience that still shape how he works today. After his service, he traveled the country in door-to-door sales, moving to a new city every two weeks. That experience taught him how to connect with people across different industries, backgrounds, and regions.
Adam went on to build a career in construction recruiting, helping hire thousands of skilled tradespeople and dozens of construction professionals and leaders. His work grew into consulting with government prime contractors on projects requiring high-level security clearances, quality control, and serving as an owner's representative. Over time, he became a growth strategist for contractors pursuing commercial, state, local, education, and federal opportunities.
Through it all, Adam kept seeing the same challenge. A contractor might need one company for estimating, another for marketing, another for government registrations, and still others for business development and recruiting. The costs added up, and the pieces rarely worked together.
He founded Under One Roof Consulting to bring those services together around one practical plan. One team. One plan. One roof.

Carolyn keeps everything moving — client development, onboarding, follow-up, scheduling, contractor outreach, and day-to-day operations. She makes sure nothing falls through the cracks while Adam and the team build your pipeline.
